ABOUT US

Turf Warrior Summer Camp LLC is a sports specific camp created in February 2020. Turf Warrior Summer Camp is designed for all skill levels in a safe and exciting environment. We balance instruction and games to make sure our campers have the most enjoyable summer camp experience. We offer weekly sessions at various locations throughout Westchester County. We specialize in lacrosse, field hockey and rugby instruction.

Tyler Danzi - Owner/ Director

Tyler Danzi founded Turf Warrior Summer Camp after the closure of Iona College Summer Camp in 2020. Tyler held the title of Assistant Camp Director and Lacrosse Director. A life long Iona Summer Camp attendee and employee, Tyler decided to create Turf Warrior to bring sports specific summer camps to the local area. Tyler currently works in a local elementary school and coaches high school lacrosse in Westchester County. He is also New York State certified physical education teacher.
